Warranty and Repair Terms
- The Lufthero is warranted for two years from the date of sale. The date of sale must be proven in the case of warranty by the purchase receipt or invoice.
- Deficiencies resulting from material or manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge within the warranty period.
- A warranty service does not result in an extension of the warranty period, neither for the device nor for replaced components.
- Excluded from the warranty are:
- All damage caused by improper handling, e.g. by non-observance of the operating instructions.
- Damage resulting from repair or intervention by the buyer or unauthorized third parties.
- Transport damage that occurred on the way from the manufacturer to the consumer or when sending to customer service.
- Accessories that are subject to normal wear and tear.
- A liability for indirect or direct consequential damage caused by the device is excluded even if the damage to the device is recognized as a warranty case.
